If you choose to receive them, you may opt to stop receiving these emails or update your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us at info@thehonestproject.com. The legal basis for us processing your information in this way is your explicit consent. We keep your personal data for this purpose for as long as you want to receive these emails from us and for as long as we operate as a blog. If you decide to opt-out or withdraw consent to our marketing, we will no longer use your personal data for this purpose and we will delete the data from our email subscription database without undue delay.

You have the right to access the personal data we have collected on you and request that we erase or rectify any erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete personal data. If you are concerned about our use of your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commissioner.

This Privacy Policy and all issues relating to it and The Honest Project are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
