Winter is coming folks and what better thing to do than curl up with a good book. November's Honest Project book club selection is Commonwealth by Ann Patchett. Commonwealth is described as a powerful tale of a family's far-reaching bonds of love and responsibility - and a meditation on inspiration, interpretation and the ownership of stories. The New York Times tells us to "expect miracles when you read Ann Patchett" and I don't think we will be disappointed. The Guardian describes this book as "breathtaking, perceptive and poignant". So download, buy or borrow a copy of Commonwealth as soon as you can and get reading. This month's book club will be in session on Wednesday, 30th November.
Like our first book, this one is a fast read and so if anyone is in two minds about joining book club, because you think you are too busy to read a book, this might be the perfect book to start with.
Happy reading xx
PS: October's book club is still in session, so if you have read Behind Closed Doors and want to join in, just pop over here to read what others thought or to become part of the discussion yourself.
